I have experience in business development of ecommerce storefront, software testing and am passionate about researching what a customer wants. So, I decided to take the plunge into webanalytics earlier this year. I am currently enrolled in the UBC program. I am based out of Seattle and currently exploring some webanalytics opportunities.

I just completed the Web Analytics for web optimization class. I wish I had access to your book during the course. I spent hours trying to gather the right resources - aritcles, case studies and your book has it all - blogs, books, checklist, facts, myths, how to….

    Hi Rich,

I enjoyed the book very much and will be using it in a talk with my local Web Analytics Wednesday tomorrow. We are discussing the “Website Optimization Ecosystem” and I think your ebook will help people understand that doing these things doesn’t have to be a daunting, impossible, costly undertaking. I will direct them to your site to get their own copy!

    Thanks,

    Jen

Great free resource on how to improve your website. The one that stood out for me the most was evaluating usability. This is critical and I often refer to other big corporate sites like Apple for direction and inspiration. Some of the best sites that I’ve also seen with great attention and detail to usability is BusinessWeek, Dell and Hulu.

Great post and thx for providing the ebook for free.
