    Hi Rich,

I enjoyed the book very much and will be using it in a talk with my local Web Analytics Wednesday tomorrow. We are discussing the “Website Optimization Ecosystem” and I think your ebook will help people understand that doing these things doesn’t have to be a daunting, impossible, costly undertaking. I will direct them to your site to get their own copy!

  • Great free resource on how to improve your website. The one that stood out for me the most was evaluating usability. This is critical and I often refer to other big corporate sites like Apple for direction and inspiration. Some of the best sites that I’ve also seen with great attention and detail to usability is BusinessWeek, Dell and Hulu.

Great post and thx for providing the ebook for free.
