Step 1 is doing conversion research to gain high-impact user insights. This then feeds into the CRO ideation step where improvement ideas are created. In step 3, the ideas are prioritized to ensure you launch improvements with highest impact. In step 4 the improvements are launched or A/B tested. Step 5 is to review, learn and iterate from what was launched or tested, which flows back to step 1.
